What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, debit cards, and money orders.
Can I pay my premium online?
Yes, you can! Please have your payment amount and policy number on hand and go to our payments page.
Can I make partial payments?
We accept partial payments upon request and pre-approval. Upon approval, we accept half payments or quarterly payments. There is a $6.00 + tax fee in all partial payments.
How do I get a quote?
You may call the office and get a tentative quote over the phone for the approximate values of the structures and/or equipment. This quote is not binding and will be followed up by an agent if you are interested in the quote. You may also call and request an agent inspection of your property for insurable value.
Does my policy have replacement cost (RCV)?
No. Our Policy is an Actual Cash Value policy (ACV). The actual cash value at the time of loss considering all depreciation or appreciation.
Do I need to let the company know if I have made changes to the structure(s)?
Yes. It is important that we are informed of all changes and improvements. All of our policies are based on the Actual Cash Value (ACV) of the property insured.
Do my premiums increase if I call the report improvements or changes to my property?
No. Increase in premiums won't occur unless you request increased coverage, and the increased coverage is approved by the company.
